Tropical Greenhouse and Butterfly House -
$85/.5 hour - $150/full hour

This is a tropical rainforest oasis that is available year-round for special day or evening functions. With fishponds and over 700 tropical plants, trees and flowers, both locations offer a setting that cannot be duplicated on the western slope. Either of these two areas can accommodate a small wedding with a standing capacity of 20-30. For corporate or private functions, both areas can be used for a casual meet-and-greet venue. Using both areas and the intervening Botanica Gift Shop, groups of 20-50 individuals can be accommodated.

Children's Secret Garden -
$50.00 for the first hour - $25 each additional hour

This unique garden is now open and available for children’s birthday parties and other special events. Where else in town can you celebrate in a castle?”

The Children’s Garden is a fun place to play and is the perfect place to have a child’s birthday party or other special event. The Garden has a real castle with a moat, a tree house, its own giant, a hedge maze, topiary sculptures, and a pizza garden that contains herbs commonly used to make pizzas. This area will be available for rent by schools or privately. Refreshments provided by the renter can be served inside the Castle. The children's Secret Garden will be available for rent during daytime operational hours.

Elizabeth B. Harris Amphitheater -
$250 first hour - $100 each additional hour

This is a beautifully situated outdoor facility situated among the cottonwoods by the Colorado River and can be used to host concerts, weddings, reunions, and other events with a capacity of over 300 people. A permanent stage is located at the east end of the amphitheater and tiered grassy areas fan out from the stage. This private location sits behind the Native Garden and is accessible from a paved walkway. This area has a power source that can be used for a professional sound system. Public restrooms are located on the outside of the Botanica Gift shop.

Rose Garden and Front Lawn -
$250 first hour - $100 each additional hour

This area offers a beautiful setting for any type of wedding ceremony, large or small. At the west edge of the area is a pergola that offers a beautiful entryway for the bride. The area is large enough to have both a wedding ceremony area and an erected tent for post-wedding festivities. This beautifully landscaped and planted area is available spring through fall. Tents, chairs, decorations and catering are the responsibility of the renter. Changing facilities and public restrooms are available.

Pomrenke Library -
$25.00/hour

The Library is available for use by small groups, up to 35 individuals during both day and evening hours. This is a great off-site venue for small business meetings or catered luncheons. Tables and chairs are available. A rest room is on site and there is access to the Children's Secret Garden during breaks. Refreshments and specific meeting equipment are the responsibility of the renter. This is a non-smoking facility.

Photography and Video Sessions

The Gardens' facilities are available year-round for photography sessions. The gardens and greenhouse areas have been used for wedding photos, business and marketing photos and a variety of promotional videos.
